Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of relevant Executive Assistant experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience supporting UK-based executives or similar time zones
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with scheduling and coordination tools
  • Nice to have: Insightly (CRM), Monday.com (Project Management)

As an Executive Assistant (Senior Leadership / C-Suite Support)

You will act as a trusted partner to senior executives, managing calendars, correspondence, travel, events, and confidential matters. Your role ensures operational excellence, executive focus, and high-impact outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders
  • Experience supporting Australian-based executives preferred
  • Exceptional planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

As an Executive Assistant & Operations Support

You will work closely with a Director, delivering administrative, operational, and client-facing support. You will streamline processes, manage systems, coordinate stakeholders, and contribute directly to business efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Background in financial services (mortgages, insurance, or related sectors)
  • Confident communicator with clients and third parties
  • Experience with tools such as Trello, Xero, HubSpot, or mortgage-specific CRMs
  • Prior PA or EA experience supporting a Director or senior leadership

As an Executive Assistant (Mortgage & Financial Services Environment)

You will support senior leaders in a high-volume, fast-paced mortgage or financial services setting. Your focus will be on communication management, calendar control, task prioritization, recruitment coordination, and vendor engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in financial services, mortgage, or real estate strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce or Jungo preferred)
  • Strong capability with collaboration tools such as Teams, Slack, and Zoom

As an Office Administrator / Executive Assistant

You will manage internal operations, documentation, workflows, and executive support across finance, HR, and client-facing teams. You will ensure deadlines are met, systems are optimized, and teams remain aligned across global engagements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong background in operations, administration, or workflow management
  • Experience in accounting, audit, or professional services environments
  • Proficiency in Karbon, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Xero (essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence leading discussions and resolving workflow challenges
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
  • Experience in audit or professional services firms
  • Knowledge of audit lifecycle, terminology, and documentation standards
  • Familiarity with OneDrive, Caseware (or similar), Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
